Japanese entertainment legend Takuya Kimura has revealed plans for his “Takuya Kimura Live Tour 2026 Checkpoint,” which notably includes his inaugural solo performances outside of Japan. Among the tour dates, Kimura will perform in Taipei on November 13 and 14 at the Taipei Music Center, marking a significant milestone in his career.
The tour will span across five cities, featuring a total of nine performances. Alongside the Taipei shows, Kimura will also perform in Hyogo, Fukuoka, and Chiba within Japan, as well as in Seoul, Korea. The tour kicks off on September 9 and will wrap up on November 23. The concerts in Taipei hold particular importance as they coincide with Kimura’s 54th birthday, adding an extra layer of celebration to his first solo international concerts.
